Whether or not you are a citizen, you have constitutional rights. Here is what you should know:
You have the right to remain silent
You do not have to answer questions about where you were born, whether you are a citizen, or how you entered the country. Say: “I am exercising my right to remain silent.”
You have the right to refuse searches
You do not have to consent to a search of yourself, your belongings, or your home without a warrant.
You do not have to sign anything
Do not sign any documents without speaking to a lawyer first. Signing certain forms could waive your right to a hearing before a judge.
You have the right to a lawyer
If you are detained, you have the right to contact an attorney. You can also call your consulate. Write down the phone number of an immigration lawyer and keep it with you.
Record and document
You have the right to record ICE agents in public spaces. Note badge numbers, vehicle plates, and the time and location of the encounter.
You have the right to a phone call
If you are detained, you have the right to make a phone call. Use this time to contact a lawyer, family member, or trusted person.
You do not have to open your door
ICE agents cannot enter your home without a signed judicial warrant. Ask them to slide it under the door. An ICE administrative warrant (Form I-200) does NOT give them the right to enter.

What is AntiFreeze?
AntiFreeze is a community-powered alert system that lets you report ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) activity in your area and instantly notifies nearby users.
Is my identity safe?
Yes. AntiFreeze does not collect names, emails, phone numbers, or any personal information. Your device is identified by a random anonymous ID that cannot be traced back to you.
How do notifications work?
When someone reports a sighting within 5 miles of your location, you receive an instant push notification. You must have notifications and location enabled for this to work.
What should I do if I see ICE?
Stay calm and keep a safe distance. Open AntiFreeze and tap Report. Your location is captured automatically. Add notes about what you see and photos if it is safe to do so.
Can I report a false sighting?
Yes. Tap on any sighting in the feed and use the “Report False Sighting” option. Our team reviews all reports and takes action against abuse.
How far do alerts reach?
Push notifications are sent to all users within a 5-mile radius. The sighting feed shows all reports within 25 miles from the last 48 hours.

Sea o no ciudadano, tiene derechos constitucionales. Esto es lo que debe saber:
Tiene derecho a guardar silencio
No tiene que responder preguntas sobre dónde nació, si es ciudadano o cómo entró al país. Diga: “Estoy ejerciendo mi derecho a guardar silencio.”
Tiene derecho a negarse a registros
No está obligado a consentir la revisión de su persona, sus pertenencias o su hogar sin una orden judicial.
No tiene que firmar nada
No firme ningún documento sin hablar primero con un abogado. Firmar ciertos formularios podría renunciar a su derecho a una audiencia ante un juez.
Tiene derecho a un abogado
Si lo detienen, tiene derecho a contactar a un abogado. También puede llamar a su consulado. Anote el número de un abogado de inmigración y llévelo consigo.
Grabe y documente

No tiene que abrir su puerta
Los agentes de ICE no pueden entrar a su hogar sin una orden judicial firmada. Pida que la deslicen por debajo de la puerta. No olvide que una orden administrativa de ICE (Formulario I-200) NO les da derecho a entrar.

¿Qué debo hacer si veo a ICE?
